Your choice is entirely free. Please indicate below whether you consent to the use of photographs, video and audio recordings made during the Retreat.

Consent

I hereby grant Inner Sanctum Lda. permission to photograph, film and record my participation during the Retreat.

Permitted Use

I authorise the use of such photographs, video recordings and audio recordings for:

• website publication
• social media platforms
• newsletters
• promotional materials
• marketing campaigns
• educational and informational content relating to Inner Sanctum activities

No Compensation

I understand that I shall not be entitled to any payment, royalty or other compensation arising from such use.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time by written notice. Withdrawal shall not affect materials already published or lawfully used before receipt of such notice.

Respectful Use

Inner Sanctum undertakes to use all images and recordings in a respectful and professional manner consistent with the nature of the Retreat.

GDPR Information

The processing of photographs and recordings shall be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
