4. For what purpose do we process personal data?

Inner Sanctum processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing your payment via our payment provider Stripe
• Processing your booking for journeys and retreats
• Sending our newsletter (if you have subscribed to it)
• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services
• To inform you about changes to our services and products
• To improve our website through analytics

5. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be stored at Laposta.nl. You can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of each newsletter. Laposta processes this data according to their own privacy policy.

6. Images during retreats

During retreats we sometimes take photos or videos. We always do this in consultation with the participants. We always ask your permission in advance for taking and possibly using these images. You can withdraw this permission at any time.

7. Payments

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a payment, your data is shared with Stripe. They process this data according to their own privacy policy and security standards.

8. Automated decision-making

Inner Sanctum does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that could have (significant) consequences for people.

9. How long do we store personal data?

Inner Sanctum does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods:

• Reservation data: 7 years (legal retention obligation for administration)
• Newsletter subscription: until unsubscribe
• Analytics data: 26 months

10. Sharing personal data with third parties

Inner Sanctum does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf (such as Stripe and Laposta), we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
