We start your journey with delay. Through Human Design, trauma work and breathwork you gain insight into the conditioning and patterns that unconsciously guide you. We investigate what limits you and create space to connect more deeply with yourself.

Breathwork session
A transformative session to release tension and experience inner peace.

Module 2: Cleaning Your Personal Closet – Creating Space for Growth
Goal
Clearing emotional baggage and old patterns that hinder your growth.
In this module we dive into your personal history. Through systemic coaching and inner child work we investigate the origin of your obstacles. This healing process offers space for new energy and perspectives.
Inner Child Work
Learn how to heal old wounds and find the inner strength you need.
Systemic Coaching
Gain insight into your family and relationship patterns and discover how you can experience more freedom and authenticity.

Module 3: Heal & Feel – Deep Healing and Self-Insight
Goal
Release emotional anchors and gain deeper insight into your unique path.
Healing is central to this phase. We work with microdosing and Human Design to gently access deeper layers of yourself. These methods support you in letting go of old emotions and provide insight into your unique potential.

Module 4: Experience & Design – Practical Experience and New Routines
Goal
Integrate what you have learned and develop routines that support you on a daily basis.
In this phase, experiencing is central. You participate in workshops, retreats and practical sessions to deepen everything you have learned and integrate it into your daily life.

An experiential 3-day retreat in which you apply techniques such as breathing exercises, mindfulness and experiencing nature.

The final module focuses on anchoring everything you have learned. Together with your coach, you will create an action plan that will help you achieve your personal and professional goals. This module ensures that you make the change sustainable.
Personal Coaching
Reflect on your journey and get advice to navigate new challenges.

Develop a strategy to achieve your professional goals while maintaining balance.
Action plan
