We live in a time where there are always stimuli and we may have become a little addicted to these stimuli.<\/p>\n

Being constantly on can throw you off balance, making it almost impossible to find peace and space to recharge. Or even worse, it might even make you more restless. If you’ve experienced stressful things in your life, you might unconsciously experience these stimuli as a welcome distraction; after all, when you’re just doing something, you don’t have to feel. This can lead to all sorts of complaints and unhelpful behaviors. <\/p>\n

Unhealthy habits, such as overeating or eating unhealthy food, using alcohol or other substances to temporarily unwind or relax, scrolling, or making thoughtless purchases. But also, working too much or caring more for others than for yourself, exercising excessively, seeking out activities that give you a high adrenaline rush, and so on.         Practical information<\/h3>\n

        Because we want to ensure everyone has sufficient guidance and their own space, a maximum of 8 people can participate per retreat. This provides ample space to retreat and integrate sessions, whether on the land or in your own luxury room or tiny house. <\/p>\n

        Sessions take place in the yurt overlooking the Homen River. Massage treatments at Cadelas are included. Every day, you’ll be nourished with delicious, fresh meals made with ingredients from our own or local farms. <\/p>\n

        The investment is \u20ac2,750 excluding VAT, including transfers to and from Porto Airport. Flight tickets are not included. <\/p>\n

        Every third week of March \u2013 April -May \u2013 June \u2013 September – October.<\/p>\n
