We start the coaching process by getting a picture of where you're at in your life and where you'd like to be and what you want to attract into your life. You start to progress towards your goals more easily than before while also maintaining a sense of connection and wholeness. In our regular calls (or meetings) you'll share what is happening with you, what things you are wanting to work on now. We'll work on clearing whatever is holding you back and also work on manifesting and creating a sense of empowerment and freedom. What Special Techniques are Used?

How much does coaching cost?:
You get to pay-as-you-go and
schedule your appointment as frequently or infrequently as you like. Our
actual coaching sessions take place on the phone

Hypnotherapy Rate: $99 per ninety-minute session. Includes custom CD to support the changes you seek. Hypnotherapy is very powerful and can help you release what is in your way and allow you to move forward.
Duration of Coaching:
That's entirely up to you - depending on your circumstances. You may work
with me as your coach on an as-needed basis, or for a succession of a couple
