Colorado Meditation Classes
If regularly scheduled meditation classes in Denver, Colorado don't work for you, you can schedule a one-on-one Primordial Sound Meditation course or request a new class date.  

You can also host a class in your home, at your office, at a healing center or spa, at work, at a school or at a retreat where she'll travel to you.   For local classes (Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, etc,) where I travel to you there is a four student minimum.  For local classes: gather 6 people together - and your course is free. 

Nationwide Meditation Classes

Find an instructor who is already in your area by visiting The Chopra Center (There are certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructors available worldwide) or you can

Fly me out to teach your private or corporate course! For classes out-of-the state of Colorado gather 6 people and I'll come to your location.  $407 per person (includes my travel costs).  Class meets for seven hours.  Suggested class schedule:  two consecutive days (1st meeting - 3.5 hrs. 2nd meeting - 3.5 hrs.)

Speaking Engagements with Lisa

Lisa Guyman is a motivational and personal growth speaker available locally and nationally.   Her passion is in inspiring and educating people about the tremendous benefits available to them through meditation.  Lisa is available to speak to groups in the Denver Metro area (at this point there is no-charge for 20-45 minute local presentations).  She can speak to your group of 20 or 5,000.  She will make her cd's, books and classes available for purchase and pre-registration.  Charitable organizations receive 10% of Lisa's onsite sales.

Lisa is also available for media appearances (radio and TV interviews) as well as large-scale conferences.

Meditation and Stress Management

Would you like someone to speak to your group or conference about meditation?  The audience will learn about the value, purpose and benefits of meditation.  They'll get a glimpse into the plethora of scientific research that has been conducted on meditation, including findings such as the reversal of aging that can take place with regular practice.  They'll also lose the myths that meditation is hard or that it requires that the practitioner empty their mind of thoughts.  Depending on time allotted, Lisa will take the audience into a guided meditation by playing a track from her acclaimed CD.  Lisa started meditating at age 16 and is trained and certified as a meditation instructor through  Deepak Chopra, M.D. and the Chopra Center.  She is the author of  "Journey into Meditation:  A Roadmap to Healing and Wholeness" and has also produced the guided meditation CD:  Journey into Meditation:  Guided Meditations for Healing, Insight and Manifestation.

If you'd like to host a class in the Front Range of Colorado or in Summit County, please contact me.  You can choose to host a class in your home, at a healing center or spa, at work, at a school or at a retreat.  If you are local you just need a group of 4-6 and I'll travel to you. (If I need to fly to your area then there is 8 student minimum plus additional $75 per student to cover travel expenses).  You can host:

•    a single class (i.e. like First Degree Reiki.)  or a
•    weekend workshop (1st, 2nd and Master's Degree of Reiki).
