Reiki Treatments and
Sessions Reiki (defined as universal life force
energy) is a deeply relaxing and centering hands-on healing technique that
was re-discovered by a Japanese man, Dr. Usui in the late 1800's.
In a Reiki Treatment, the practitioner
activates and applies this natural, universal life force energy to promote
healing and wholeness. Reiki utilizes a light touch and is given with the
client fully clothed on a massage table. Many clients find that Reiki
is even more relaxing than massage. People experience many benefits from
Reiki including: growth, re-centering, a heightened sense of awareness,
increased intuition, enhanced well-being, emotional resolution, stress
release, reduction in pain and tension, accelerated healing, and inner peace
and quietude.

you like, at the start of your Reiki Session for no extra charge
I can guide you into deep relaxation utilizing a 5-7 minute
relaxation/guided meditation process.
Emotional Freedom Technique
In Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) we tap on energy points on the body and by
doing this reset the nervous system. EFT is amazingly effective and works
with principles from Chinese Medicine and the energy points on our bodies.
Whatever your issue is whether it is stress, worry, anxiety, fear, or a habit
you want to break you can tap on it and make a huge difference. This is a
technique that you can learn in one session and easily practice at home.
You can use part of your Reiki session time to learn this technique or
you can schedule an EFT session. An EFT session is 30 minutes and
is $49 (in person) and $45 (by phone).

"EFT is based on a new discovery that has provided
thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. Simply stated,
it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary.
Instead, you stimulate well established energy meridian points on your body by

CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral work is a very specific form of energy work that focuses on the
CranioSacral system, yes, the head, the tailbone and the rhythm that flows
between them. The rhythm in this system is integral to health and
well being. CranioSacral work
is a very gentle form of bodywork that helps facilitate a re-balancing.
Nearly anyone can benefit from from this therapy because it facilitates an
unwinding of tension throughout the body.
